This weekend, Juan Felipe Herrera celebrated his signature Chicago project as US Poet Laureate, “Wordstreet Champions and Brave Builders of the Dream” at Harold Washington Library with some of the Chicago Public Schools 9th graders and 9th grade teachers he’s worked with over the past year.
